The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the interview process for direct care roles within our organization. This position requires creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for prospective candidates, conducting interviews in alignment with our standards, and ensuring timely communication regarding shift preferences. Collaboration with the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Human Resources departments is essential to keep candidates informed about their application status, while also maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews for direct care roles, ensuring a compassionate and supportive candidate experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for candidates, facilitating a positive recruitment journey.
  • Provide timely follow-ups to assist candidates with interview scheduling and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Recruitment and Onboarding team and Human Resources to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment systems to accurately track and update candidate information.
  • Support recruitment initiatives at hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail is required.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), are necessary.
  • Experience with Human Resources systems, such as applicant tracking systems, is preferred.
