We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a prominent organization specializing in advanced detection and monitoring systems for various sectors, including medical and industrial applications. This role is designed as a 6-month Contract-to-Hire position with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fixed-duration projects ranging from $200K to $2M.
- Manage change orders and new business proposals as part of overall project oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams on contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all specific project management policies and adhere to established PMI principles in the management and technical support of network-based security system projects.
- Handle the financial aspects (P&L) of the project, including management of subcontractor finances.
- Act as the primary project lead and liaison among clients, external stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Engage in the design and execution of large-scale implementations.
- Domestic travel may be necessary for site meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to access restrictions. Candidates may need to secure a security clearance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proficient understanding and experience with project management methodologies.
- Experience in managing projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with software and/or hardware technology projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with nuclear programs.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors.
- Advanced knowledge of business practices, spreadsheet management, and information systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
- Experience with fixed-price and/or time and materials projects involving technical systems, including networking equipment, cameras, access control, and command and control platforms.
