The Technium Real Estate Account Executive RoleThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that optimizes and secures highly available, cloud-connected networks. As a Real Estate Account Executive, you'll be responsible for the direct sales of Technium and Technium partner products and services within the Real Estate market.
Key Responsibilities- Establish new client relationships and manage existing ones
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows
- Qualify leads and present product/services to customers
- Maintain accurate CRM opportunities and pipeline data
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Effective internal communication and commitment to quality
- 3+ years' experience in professional sales or relationship-building environment
- 3+ years' experience in the Real Estate market
- Performance and metric-driven
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- General understanding of online applications and business software
- Experience in B2B technology sales
- Proven history of business growth or sales success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of enterprise computing and/or cybersecurity
