The Technium Real Estate Account Executive Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that optimizes and secures highly available, cloud-connected networks. As a Real Estate Account Executive, you'll be responsible for the direct sales of Technium and Technium partner products and services within the Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new client relationships and manage existing ones
  • Participate in industry events and tradeshows
  • Qualify leads and present product/services to customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM opportunities and pipeline data
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
  • Effective internal communication and commitment to quality
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in professional sales or relationship-building environment
  • 3+ years' experience in the Real Estate market
  • Performance and metric-driven
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • General understanding of online applications and business software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B technology sales
  • Proven history of business growth or sales success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of enterprise computing and/or cybersecurity
