Aegis Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join their team in Countryside, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and HMIs, and be able to travel up to 55% of the time.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for commissioning equipment, troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems, and training clients on how to use the equipment. They will also be based at the Countryside plant, supporting the assembly of the equipment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and HMIs, and be able to travel up to 55% of the time. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with customers via email, phone, and video calls.
