  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to inquiries and assisting members.
  • Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers to support new clients during their initial workouts.
  • Drive membership sales to contribute to the studio's success.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships.
  • Address member concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Participate in promotional and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
