Role Overview
Are you enthusiastic about influencing how the world perceives our organization? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and innovation? We are in search of a proactive Employer Branding leader to drive our branding initiatives across global markets and engage key talent.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our employer brand strategy, positioning Airwallex as the preferred employer for individuals seeking impactful career opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance our employer brand and attract top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Development: Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and employee testimonials, to narrate our employer brand story.
  • Candidate Experience Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation in our branding efforts. Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead the Employer Brand team and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment of branding initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • External Activation: Manage our presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn, ensuring that potential candidates can learn about our company effectively.

Who You Are
We seek candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, with a focus on creating compelling narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis to inform decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in brand development within a marketing context or in a rapidly growing tech environment is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$119,000 – $220,000
