Key Responsibilities

As we are in the early stages of developing our employer brand, you will play a crucial role in shaping our branding strategy and positioning Airwallex as a preferred employer for those seeking to make a significant impact in their careers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance our employer brand and draw in top talent.

The ideal candidate will establish a comprehensive global employer branding strategy based on data insights, identify necessary resources to achieve our objectives, foster internal relationships, and refine our employer value proposition for the talent segments we aim to attract.

Your efforts will include crafting compelling employer brand narratives and utilizing creative channels and initiatives to highlight our unique culture and operational principles.

An effective approach will transition the team's focus from brand establishment to brand amplification and advocacy through external publications and platforms.

Qualifications
We seek individuals who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, emphasizing the creation of engaging narratives and content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Strategic thinking ability to translate insights into structured, actionable initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient data skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in employer branding and talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand development within a marketing context or rapidly growing technology company is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$119,000 – $220,000
Benefits:

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable laws. The actual compensation offered will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, skills, and geographic location.

Benefits may vary based on employment nature and location. US-based employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation days.
