Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a proactive Employer Branding leader to guide our branding efforts across global markets and attract key talent with passion and expertise.

As we embark on the journey of enhancing our employer brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our branding strategy and positioning Airwallex as the employer of choice for those seeking to make a significant impact in their careers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to devise and implement innovative strategies that elevate our employer brand and draw in top-tier talent.

The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive global employer branding strategy, informed by data, identify necessary resources, foster internal relationships, and refine our employer value proposition tailored to the talent segments we aim to attract.

From crafting engaging employer brand narratives to utilizing creative channels and initiatives, you will spearhead efforts that highlight our unique culture and operational principles.

A successful journey will transition the team's focus from brand establishment to brand amplification and advocacy through external publications and platforms.

Qualifications
We seek individuals who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, with a focus on developing compelling narratives and engaging content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Strategic thinking abilities to translate insights into structured, actionable initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient data skills, with a proven ability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends in employer branding and talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand development within a marketing context or a rapidly growing tech organization is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$119,000 – $220,000
Location:
US

Benefits:
US-based employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. Additionally, employees receive 20 paid vacation days and 12 paid company holidays annually.
