Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Employer Branding leader to spearhead our employer branding efforts across global markets and key talents. As a key member of our People & Talent team, you'll develop and execute innovative strategies to elevate our employer brand and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with our organisational objectives and operating principles.
  • Generate captivating content across various platforms to showcase our employer brand story.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our employer branding efforts.
  • Lead our Employer Brand team and work closely with internal stakeholders to align employer branding initiatives with broader organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, marketing, or related fields, with a focus on crafting compelling narratives and engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights into well-structured, actionable initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment.
  • Strong data skills, with a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
