Klaviyo is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solution and develop effective strategies to engage with them.
  • Partner closely with experienced sales teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies, resulting in new business opportunities.
  • Develop and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas to effectively communicate the value of Klaviyo's solution.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to support the success of the sales team.
  • Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in all interactions.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a marketing technology company.
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
