Key Responsibilities- Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from Klaviyo's solution and develop effective strategies to engage with them.
- Partner closely with experienced sales teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies, resulting in new business opportunities.
- Develop and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas to effectively communicate the value of Klaviyo's solution.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to support the success of the sales team.
- Reflect Klaviyo's values of accountability, effort, and collaboration in all interactions.
- 1+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a marketing technology company.
- BA/BS or equivalent degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Competitive base pay range: $24.04-$24.04 USD.
