Job Title: Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager

Amazon is seeking an experienced Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our selling partner influencer & digital marketing strategy.

About the Role

This role will focus on the growth of the Influencer and creator function, driving strategy across the organization. You will partner across the entire USBA organization to develop and execute on an Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy in support of our selling partners, while working in partnership with current Amazon Influencer and Digital Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy to drive growth and discoverability of selling partner products
  • Facilitate the advancement of internal processes and infrastructure to make Influencer & Digital Marketing core for the USBA organization
  • Drive the best-in-class measurement and analytics of influencer & digital marketing
  • Oversee a team of digital marketing and Influencer Campaigns PMs
Requirements
  • 6+ years of recent professional Influencer marketing experience
  • 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress goals to senior leadership
  • Experience in social media, Influencer Marketing, Entertainment, Digital Marketing
  • Track record in communications for senior business leaders
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
