Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and activations that drive awareness, engagement, and support for social impact initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize social impact campaigns that elevate the organization's vision and principles within culture.
  • Develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and inspire engagement and action by utilizing market trends and consumer insights.
  • Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as track and report on the success of culture campaigns and activations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and influencers.
  • Develop investment proposals for marketing activations that employ sound decision-making framework and testing/experimentation methodologies.
  • Drive collaboration with internal and external partners by seeking knowledge from peers, colleagues, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy and execution in consumer brand or entertainment industries with a proven track record of driving transformational results at scale.
  • Passion for social impact marketing and alignment with Stand Together's vision for change through experimental discovery and creative problem solving.
  • Proven success in translating organizational vision and high-level objectives into strategic and actionable integrated marketing plans with clear goals and KPIs.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
