Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Write and edit speeches, presentations, and other written content for the Executive Team and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Team to ensure consistency and quality of content across all channels.
  • Manage the drafting and publication of the weekly Policy Digest Newsletter.
  • Review and edit policy articles, reports, and other materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with the organization's voice and tone.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, including internship experience, volunteer experience, or equivalent military service.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
  • Ability to work closely with staff across all levels of the organization and handle confidential information with professionalism.
