Job Overview

The Commercial Architectural Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory for commercial product lines while delivering essential training and marketing assistance as required. The individual will ensure the implementation of an effective commercial sales and marketing strategy, focusing on achieving optimal customer satisfaction through timely communication and feedback to sales leadership and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to engage with current and prospective commercial clients, including architects, major contractors, and design firms, to identify and cultivate sales opportunities for Commercial Product offerings.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to guarantee the prompt and efficient launch of new commercial product lines, promotional activities, and the dissemination of sales and marketing resources related to the commercial sector.
  • Organize and coordinate special events aimed at showcasing and presenting products, such as educational lunches, seminars, product exhibitions, and open house events.
  • Continuously enhance and support Account Managers through regular communication, comprehensive product knowledge, and training initiatives designed to introduce and expand commercial opportunities within both existing and potential accounts.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Branch Operations Managers to address operational challenges that may affect commercial customers.
