Commercial Account Manager

At SADA, we're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling, up-selling, and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team quotas.
- Oversee the customer lifecycle to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing customer value.
- Provide ongoing customer support through business reviews, escalation management, and additional resources as needed.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee customer success.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management.
- Unwavering commitment to achieving sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals.
- Familiarity with GCP and Google Workspace products.
