Job Description

BD is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Syringe Portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in developing and executing global marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, as well as analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.

The Senior Global Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget, developing and executing marketing plans, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

This is a key role in the BD organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Syringe Portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage the marketing budget and develop and execute marketing plans
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in developing and executing global marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
