We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Performance Food Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and maintaining key account relationships in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Present Core-Mark business solutions and marketing programs to chain decision makers to secure long-term relationships and sales growth.
- Develop and execute annual chain/key account sales growth plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews, FMI's, and RAD analytics meetings with chain decision makers to grow strategic sales.
- Uncover new sales opportunities to increase sales among accounts.
- Provide regular activity and progress reports internally.
- Maintain knowledge of product information, programs, and initiatives.
- 3-5 years of sales experience and account management.
- Ability to work in the field as required (25%) managing reports and customer base (75%).
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and clean driving record.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in food service, wholesale, grocery, or retail convenience industries is highly preferred.
- Sales experience with large chain accounts is highly desired.
