We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at Stryker. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key customers in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
