Customer Support Specialist

At Signifyd, we're revolutionizing the world of commerce by harnessing the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our mission to protect enterprises from fraud and enhance customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting issues and offering actionable solutions
  • Guide customers through the integration and onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform
  • Escalate complex customer issues to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively to resolve problems
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer usage of our platform, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of customer contact experience in high-tech retail, sales, or SaaS industries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English and Spanish fluency
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask, with a focus on problem-solving
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on call weekends and holidays for supplemental compensation
