Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting issues and offering actionable solutions
- Guide customers through the integration and onboarding process, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform
- Escalate complex customer issues to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively to resolve problems
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer usage of our platform, identifying areas for improvement
- 2+ years of customer contact experience in high-tech retail, sales, or SaaS industries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- English and Spanish fluency
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask, with a focus on problem-solving
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on call weekends and holidays for supplemental compensation
