Job Title: Digital Community Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Strategist to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online community strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital community strategy that fosters engagement, monitors employee sentiment, and maintains the integrity of our online communities.
  • Enhance the digital community experience, promote T-Mobile's values, and facilitate meaningful interactions among employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community insights into broader communication campaigns and drive idea generation to support audience reach and new channel development.
  • Establish metrics to measure community engagement and effectiveness of community activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in online community management and/or internal communications in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social collaboration platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment and lead through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact with diverse audiences.
