Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that includes social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Strategic Communications and the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the museum's website, including content creation and updates.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and data to inform future marketing efforts.
- Provide project management support and participate in planning sessions with various departments.
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with project management platforms and website content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for and knowledge of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, and Chinatown-International District communities.
