About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team at Designit. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and fosters a positive online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand voice
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, brand, and integrated marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners to develop bespoke creative assets and execute paid media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy remains innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in an enterprise social media environment
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and a strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprinklr
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on driving business results through social media
