Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances at PagerDuty is pivotal in enhancing our collaborative efforts with key consulting and technology partners. This role is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and is designed for an individual who is adept at fostering relationships and executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with consulting and technology firms.
- Promote PagerDuty's partner value proposition through various channels including training sessions, webinars, and events.
- Spearhead the implementation of joint GTM initiatives to generate and advance opportunities for PagerDuty.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective account mapping with partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as business operations, marketing, product marketing, program management, and services to drive success.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or partner management, particularly in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth within a dynamic SaaS or PaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of Global System Integrators (GSI) and Regional System Integrators (RSI) relationships while leading cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
- Familiarity with AWS or other Cloud Service Providers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in building and scaling GTM partnerships focused on revenue generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
