This position is subject to registration requirements under the SAFE Act. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Failure to secure and/or uphold SAFE Act registration may lead to immediate termination.

Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of Series 7 & 65 (or 66) licenses.
  • Over one year of experience in the investment sector, including investment training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Over one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Achievement of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) by the start date.
  • Management of $15 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) for Field roles and $25 million in AUM for Centralized/National roles.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to achieve set objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective collaboration with others to accomplish tasks.
  • Confident communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexities, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt to new information, and seek appropriate solutions for clients.
  • Efficient time and capacity management.
  • Thorough and thoughtful incorporation of relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Possession of insurance licenses.
