Position Overview:
PagerDuty is on the lookout for a Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances to be based in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is pivotal in empowering diverse teams to drive essential operations forward through the innovative PagerDuty Operations Cloud.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will focus on establishing and executing collaborative go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key consulting and technology partners. The ideal applicant will possess a solid history of strategic insight, relationship cultivation, and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with consulting and technology partners.
- Promote PagerDuty's partner value proposition through various channels including training sessions, webinars, and events.
- Oversee the implementation of joint GTM initiatives aimed at generating and advancing PagerDuty opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with PagerDuty's sales teams to facilitate account mapping and strengthen field-level connections with partners' sales and marketing teams.
- Work alongside various internal departments such as business operations, marketing, product marketing, program management, and services.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or partner management, particularly in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth within a dynamic SaaS or PaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a portfolio of GSI/RSI relationships while leading cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
- Familiarity with AWS or Cloud Service Providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship building and management capabilities.
- Experience in establishing and scaling GTM partnerships for revenue generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $126,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, equity, and additional benefits. The salary range is subject to change based on the primary work location and reflects the minimum and maximum base salary expected for newly hired employees.
