Position Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Electrical Operations Manager to join one of our partner electrical contracting companies. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of electrical projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical projects, including strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to clarify project goals and deliverables.
  • Source essential materials and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and compliance with project specifications.
  • Track project progress and proactively address any challenges, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project duration.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, emphasizing progress, milestones, and financial performance.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical project management, with a successful history of delivering projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, focused on achieving results and meeting project goals.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
