Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Sales Director, Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

  • Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities across various industries and sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies and brands
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive new business and upsell/cross-sell existing customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

You will be an integral part of our sales team, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through your exceptional sales skills and industry expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% medical, dental & vision plans, generous PTO, equity options and ongoing professional development investments.
