Job Description
Sovrn is seeking a highly experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing sales processes and systems to drive revenue growth
  • Leading a high-performing revenue operations team to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 8+ years of experience in a revenue operations or related role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $185,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our total compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 11 paid holidays, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, a 401(k) plan with match, and a paid parental leave program.
