A highly motivated and experienced Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist is required to join our client's team in New York City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance revenue from existing corporate accounts while actively acquiring new key accounts for sustained growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue from existing corporate accounts
  • Actively acquire new key accounts for sustained growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with on-property sales teams and revenue management to align activities with overall corporate strategy
  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline and effective cross-selling strategies to meet budgetary goals

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the U.S. corporate industry, with a solid understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Established network of key accounts in the U.S. with significant potential for hotel portfolio growth
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach focused on ROI-driven sales
  • Proficient in PC/MS Office, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus
