The base salary for this role is $48,750 with an OTE of $65,000 (uncapped). This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.
Job Description
We are seeking a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to fill the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Charlotte, NC. As an SDR, you will be an integral part of our sales engine, collaborating with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage sales engagement tools to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list.
- Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
- Manage leads in Salesforce, qualifying and dispositioning as needed.
- Employ creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within your target accounts.
- Leverage tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects.
- Cold calling and overcoming objections from potential customers.
- Researching prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions.
