Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas. You will also be responsible for implementing sales projects and initiatives that are organized by the manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree, or equivalent years of experience
  • At least 2 years of sales experience. Experience with Lighting Sales is highly preferred
  • Must be very meticulous and detail oriented
  • Must have excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office is a must

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year
