Natural Stone Sales Development Representative

Universal Stone LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for natural stone and a desire to grow their sales skills.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can effectively communicate product knowledge to customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Prospecting: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and improve selling skills, prospect for new business with an emphasis on homeowners, custom builders, remodels, and interior designers, and keep the sales pipeline full by ensuring an active list of potential new leads is compiled and constantly updated through our CRM.
- Cultivate Community Relationships: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, attend networking and community events, utilize any and all marketing tools to promote company products, and enter all job information into our scheduling software.
- Customer Service: Investigate and resolve customer issues, review and prepare sales contracts, and assist in collection when needed.
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, minimum of 2 years of experience in natural stone, intermediate computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work well in a team environment, ability to communicate effectively, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
