Sales Development Representative

AmeriPro Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Charlotte metro area. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify potential wind and hail damage
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
- Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking
- Build strong relationships with homeowners by earning their trust and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred but not required
- Must have a reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance)
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-sufficient and dedicated to personal career development
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age or older preferred (for insurance purposes)
