About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and mental health providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Manage the front desk, including scheduling client appointments and supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
  • Verify client insurance benefits
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Professional written and verbal communication with clients and providers
