Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:

NoGigiddy is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, register them, assign rooms, and distribute room keys.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments for accommodation and services in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Information and Assistance: Answer inquiries about hotel services, check-in/check-out times, and local attractions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Support: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling mail.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling reservations software and phone systems.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
