Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the front desk department and guest service areas.
  • Ensure that the front desk operation meets hotel standards for maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Maximize hotel revenues through up-sell programs and occupancy strategies.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Direct and train front office staff, including new hires and ongoing training.
  • Participate in the hiring process and assist with staff development.
  • Review daily room availability and inform staff of VIP and special request reservations.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels based on hotel demand and complete necessary reports and forms.
Requirements
  • Prior front desk experience required.
  • One to three years experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards, and hospitality industry systems preferred.
