We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout home selling and buying. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
  • Supervise all administrative duties for the home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Review all documentation to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, ensuring the closing process is accurate and efficient.
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, including moving schedules.
  • Review all documentation to confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly.
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued.
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
  • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred.
  • Obtained real estate license or currently pursuing.
