Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage delivery schedules and troubleshoot order process issues to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect accounts receivable and resolve any issues.
  • Develop new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors' products, and industry developments to drive sales growth.
  • Visit customers and prospects to ensure product delivery and build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, drive, sit, lift, carry, and grasp objects frequently.
  • Occasional lifting of medium weight (21-50 lbs) and occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending.
