About the Role

Rokky Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Solicit orders, manage current distribution, and develop new points of distribution to profitably manage growth
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Proactively solve problems and present solutions
  • Take initiative for self-improvement and demonstrate organization in all aspects of the job
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in outside sales or a combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience to major retailers
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and market segmentation
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time and overnight
  • Ability to perform moderate physical labor when required, including lifting 50 pounds
