Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in an outside sales role or a combination of education and experience.
  • Outside Sales Experience: 1-3 years of outside sales experience to major retailers.
  • Demonstrated Track Record of Success: A proven track record of sales success and achievement.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Customer Needs: Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and market segmentation.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 75% of the time and overnight.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform moderate physical labor when required, including the ability to lift 50 pounds.
