Essential Qualifications

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience alongside a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

Security Clearance Requirements:
Capability to secure a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is essential at the time of hiring. Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Due to the nature of the work conducted within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Drawing on your extensive expertise, you will be responsible for establishing Configuration/Data Management policies and best practices through effective collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and program management. The Principal Configuration Management Associate will implement and sustain an Engineering Change Notice System, which encompasses product enhancements, repairs, and new product development. Additionally, you will create training materials covering all functional areas of the Configuration Management process for employees both within and outside the department.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Hardware and Software Configuration Management practices and the management of Third-Party Software
  • Proficiency in Hardware Configuration Management applications
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and time management
