Overview of Responsibilities:

The Transportation Driver is responsible for safely transporting students to various destinations for both recreational and educational activities. Key duties include:

  • Providing transportation for students to medical facilities.
  • Delivering equipment and goods to designated locations.
  • Facilitating transportation for staff to and from commercial transport services.
  • Assisting students in community engagement projects.
  • Operating the Center's bus as required.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Transporting vehicles to maintenance facilities as needed.
  • Ensuring appropriate behavior among students during transit.
  • Working towards achieving performance standards.
  • Adhering to the established Code of Conduct and property control policies.
  • Complying with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Embodying the core values and principles of Serrato Corporation.

Education:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
  • Meeting specific vision requirements.
