Essential Qualifications

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.

Security Clearance:
Capability to secure a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is mandatory at the time of hiring. Selected candidates will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Drawing on your extensive experience, you will be responsible for establishing Configuration/Data Management policies and best practices through effective collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and program management. The Principal Configuration Management Associate will implement and sustain an Engineering Change Notice System, encompassing product enhancements, repairs, and new product development. Additionally, you will create training materials covering all functional areas of the Configuration Management process for personnel both within and outside the department.

Your Contributions:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Hardware and Software Configuration Management practices and Third-Party Software management
  • Proficiency in Hardware Configuration Management applications
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and time management
