Job Title: Regional Operations Manager - Life Sciences

ABM Industries is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee all contracted services across multiple strategic Life Sciences clients in the Eastern half of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of all contracted services across multiple strategic Life Sciences clients in the Eastern half of the United States.
  • Build strong client partnerships and ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure sites are meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Partner and consult with the local operations team, national team, and client to drive win-win solutions.
  • Provide support, direction, and coaching to project managers at each location.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent military experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in Life Sciences GMP cleaning environments.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in facility services or building management (multi-site locations preferred).
  • Experience in life sciences clean room environment.
  • Able to travel by car weekly to sites within the region (50%).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Must maintain a valid State-issued driver's license.
