About the Role:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including reconciling vendor accounts, paying vendors, and charging expenses to accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
  • Verify vendor accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Pays vendors timely and accurately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a property management company.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
