Job Title: Property Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Accountant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with financial reporting and analysis for our multifamily properties.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Business and relevant experience in property accounting. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly financial information, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Analysis of monthly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Banking and cash management, including reconciliations and deposits.
  • Calculation of management fees and other charges.
  • General ledger account analysis and maintenance.
  • Researching and resolving problems under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
