Job Overview

Serenity Management is seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to join their team at a tax credit property. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the assigned residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing profitability.


About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager will oversee the financial operations of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also supervise and provide guidance to team members, training them on tax credit requirements, procedures, and best practices.


Responsibilities
  • Supervising and guiding team members to ensure compliance with tax credit regulations.
  • Training team members on tax credit requirements, procedures, and best practices.
  • Delegating tasks effectively to address tax credit compliance.
  • Conducting regular team meetings and monitoring team performance.
  • Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintaining knowledge of local market trends and leasing practices.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management (Tax Credit).
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Property Management or Real Estate License preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
