About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creative Producer/Project Manager to oversee the production of animations, illustrations, videos, and graphics presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and media development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project workflow from planning through implementation, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and secure project resources, including contractors and vendors, to meet project requirements.
  • Routinely monitor and manage day-to-day progress for projects, addressing any roadblocks or issues that may arise.
  • Meet with other Project Managers and creative team members daily to update project status and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with legal clients, providing clear and concise updates on project status and progress.
  • Coordinate with a nationwide contractor pool to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Draft agreements and purchase orders, and assist with budget adherence to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Create detailed daily forecasts and schedules for all creative team members, and follow up on assigned projects and tasks throughout the day.
  • Track each project's progression and percentage to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Identify issues or potential overages early on and provide course-correction to bring the project back on track.
  • Review all work for internal and external delivery, conducting internal reviews for all storyboards, previews, drafts, and finals, before sending each to the Quality Control Team for review and final approval.
  • Ensure milestones and quotas are met, and provide course correction to the schedule as needed.
  • Proactively track team usage through weekly monitoring of time-tracking software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years' experience in project management and media development.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a background in project management and media development.
  • Consistent responsiveness to clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Willingness to switch gears quickly.
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Superior level of competency with Windows operating systems.
