Job Overview

Creative Perspectives Management is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Ambassador to join our team. As a Client Ambassador, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients' customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients' customers through regular follow-up and communication, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions.
  • Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers, representing our clients with integrity and upholding their brand values.
  • Compliance and Knowledge: Ensure adherence to all relevant CDC and client compliance guidelines, as well as staying up-to-date on client product knowledge to effectively educate customers.
  • Sales and Account Management: Learn and master the sales process to close sales for select customers, while also maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular updates to clients.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment; strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for customer service and business growth.
