About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our marketing team at DK Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Setup and Management: Download, set up, and maintain digital files and folder structures for marketing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Follow up with clients and project stakeholders on requested feedback, interview dates, and approvals, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Create and email RFQs and ICA's for contract work on projects, participate in weekly forecasting meetings, and update the forecast daily as requested by the CMO.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule pre-kickoff, kickoff, and milestone meetings for each project, as well as meetings and interviews when directed by the CMO.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Take meeting notes and upload them to the project management platform, review projects for milestone meetings, and notify the CMO.
  • Quality Control: Check drafts for accuracy and quality against project scope and creative standards, review projects' close-out procedures, and communicate time-tracking errors to the CMO daily.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, clients, and departments.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, and understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management frameworks.
